CSM Partnership ProgramWe have and are looking for partnerships in the following areas; Energy Management Companies, Finances Companies, Tax Credit Buyers and Development Finance Groups. Our Commercial clients will be able to use our energy production systems to provide onsite power at below grid prices. After our Energy Managment Partners upgrade the facility we will install a state of the Art (DG) Power Generation System that will run on Natural Gas or Hydrogen. This will provide a targeted additional 20% reduction in the cost from the current power provider. This money will be added NOI to your building.
